Job Description
MMR is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project leadership in procurement, contract change management, reporting, documentation, and cost tracking. Responsibilities include assisting with organization, planning, scheduling, and subcontractor scheduling, developing job tracking systems, and maintaining tracking systems and schedules.
Requirements
- BS in Construction Management or related field
- Experience in electrical and instrumentation construction preferred
- Knowledge in estimating, scheduling, and purchasing
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications
- Working knowledge of MS Office software
- Experience with Primavera P6 preferred
- Ability to read and understand a CPM schedule and identify critical paths
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
