Job Description
We are looking for a technical expert or technical manager to lead and grow our Digital Factory team as Head of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, leading, and growing the team in a stimulating context.
Requirements
- Graduate of a +5 level in computer science or from an engineering school
- At least 10-15 years of experience in technical web environments, with significant management experience
- Experience in ESN, consulting firm, or client large account environment
- Solid knowledge of the technical back-end ecosystem and a professional level of English
- Leadership and ability to create a collective dynamic around a clear vision
