Requirements
- A secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Affinity with technology and basic knowledge of IT; experience with customer service tools or CRM systems is an advantage
- A customer-oriented mindset, empathetic skills, and strong problem-solving skills
- You are willing to go on ad hoc displacement to the customer (Europe)
- You are assertive, self-sufficient, and work well in team collaboration
