MobilityWare is looking for a Lead Growth Product Marketing Manager to join their Marketing Team. - Conduit between UA, Admon & Product teams that drives effective collaboration around major game updates, audience and creative insights, and overall game health
- Manage strategic initiatives for creative marketing, user acquisition, cross promotion, app store optimization, and experimental marketing
- Manage research, development, testing, and analysis of UA and ASO creatives
- Lead creative brainstorming, and refine a systematic approach to the development of new creative ideas
- Work with ASO manager to create a roadmap that incorporates learnings from performance creatives
- Take a metrics-driven approach to creative iteration and localization
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. UA, Product, Analytics) to bolster the capabilities of our marketing processes and platforms, and define new product positioning and maximize competitive potential at launch
- Monitor and analyze creative and campaign data to uncover strategic insights, connections, and drive creative iteration
- Conduct audience and competitor research to define product positioning and test new creative strategies, and constantly be a source of knowledge in regards to competitor trends and industry marketing methodology
- Work with Associate Director of Creative Marketing to evaluate and propose new strategic partnerships for the studio
