Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. In this role, you’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver innovative technical solutions that solve real-world problems.

Requirements

• Guide partners through the implementation of solutions, ensuring best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during integration, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide post-implementation support to maintain and enhance partner satisfaction
• Proactively monitor and respond to partner issues
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to define features around successful Ad partner integration and monitoring
• Work with clients and partners to implement and maintain integrations
• Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and define, test, and roll out new features to our platform
• Work closely with the product team to improve partner success across our platform
• Develop and maintain internal tools to monitor partner health
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into platform usage
• Troubleshooting system errors and escalates internally within the team. Gather partner logs and analyze with internal data
