Requirements

• 10+ years in product design
• 4+ years leading design teams (15+ people)
• Hiring, developing, and retaining senior design talent
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive design-led strategy
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and design systems
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-sided products
• Strong understanding of modern design and AI tools (Figma, Claude, prototyping, user testing platforms)
