We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Growth (NGL) to join our team. As a key member of the NGL team, you will be responsible for owning and scaling NGL's revenue, funnels, and lifecycle growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Monetization, Paid UA, Engineering, Design, and Data, to achieve revenue growth and protect the viral mechanics of NGL.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Growth Product, Monetization, or Lifecycle Product roles within consumer mobile apps
- Direct ownership of core metrics such as ARPDAU, ARPU, LTV, conversion rate, retention, and payback
- Experience scaling subscription and hybrid monetization models
- Experience owning pricing strategy, paywalls, onboarding optimization, and revenue performance by cohort
- Strong data fluency, including cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and payback modeling
- Proven track record running high-velocity A/B testing and maintaining a structured experimentation backlog
