Product Designer II

Product Designers at Modea create exceptional digital experiences for the healthcare industry. You'll consult with clients and internal teams to translate complex business and user needs into clear, compelling, and efficient UI layouts, interactions, and flows.

Requirements

• Translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and pixel-perfect prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Present and advocate for design solutions to client stakeholders, clearly articulating the 'why' behind your recommendations based on research and business objectives.
• Conduct user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, validate designs, and uncover new opportunities, with a keen focus on the healthcare context.
• Collaborate and consult daily with agile teams (Project Managers, Engineers) to ensure designs are technically feasible, implemented to specification, and strategically aligned with client goals.
• Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, technical constraints, and stakeholder input.
• Contribute to and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design decisions and strategy.
