Modern Agency is a data-driven growth agency that helps e-commerce brands scale through cutting-edge strategy, creative, and proprietary software. We're looking for a Growth Manager to own paid media strategy, lead client relationships, and manage campaign execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid media experience (agency or in-house), focused on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google
- Experience managing $500K+/mo budgets across one or more of these platforms
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategy or account leadership role
- Proven ability to translate marketing data into strategic actions
- Deep understanding of the DTC landscape and customer acquisition best practices
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- A testing mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement
