Job Description
We're hiring an experienced Contract Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team on a contract basis with a path to full-time employment. This role is ideal for an experienced superintendent who is ready to step into a high-accountability position, prove their abilities, and grow into a permanent, full-time member of the Modern Construction Services team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent in commercial construction
- Demonstrated ability to independently run a commercial construction project from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project
- OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR, AED certifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
