2026 Co-Op, Maintenance Excellance

The Maintenance Excellence Co-Op will be responsible for supporting Defense-in-Depth (DiD) Analysis reporting activities, compiling and documenting DiD findings, and preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Familiarity with reliability concepts such as RCM, FMEA, or risk-based maintenance methodologies preferred
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to synthesize technical inputs into structured summaries
