2026 Co-Op, Maintenance Excellence

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented co-op to help us document and improve how maintenance work happens in IBM Maximo, our enterprise maintenance management system.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to turn complex processes into clear visuals and written steps
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic process-mapping tools
