Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for the first 30 days of the team member's lifecycle, including pre-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Two (2) plus years of experience
- Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with team members
