Sales Manager (m/w/d)

As a Sales Manager, you'll engage with small and medium-sized businesses, building a strong network and developing long-term, trusting relationships. You'll present factoring solutions, coordinate with specialist departments, and develop your own sales strategies in a flexible, agile environment with opportunities for home office and attractive benefits.

Requirements

• First experience in sales of financial or consulting services
• A strong interest in financing issues, especially factoring
• Higher motivation to build your own network in NRW – ideally supplemented by existing regional contacts
• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in banking, or completed business administration studies
• Communication skills, empathy and confident appearance at decision-maker level
• Entrepreneurial thinking, responsibility and discretion
• Joy of personal exchange - with willingness to be present with the customer
• Preferred place of residence in NRW - with possibility of home office after training
