Product Director

Modulr is seeking a Product Director to lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, responsible for developing and delivering products aimed at SMB, Corporate, and Enterprise customers. The role involves building and maintaining partnerships, managing cross-functional teams, and championing data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Seasoned product executive with a proven track-record of delivering results by leading high-performing product teams
• Excellent command of product management discipline with deep expertise in technical product development, API ecosystems, and sophisticated UX design for B2B products
• Proven people leader with ability to hire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Commercially minded with experience in pricing, positioning, and B2B go-to-market
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with ability to balance speed with operational, security, and compliance requirements
