Manager Accounting

We are seeking a Manager Accounting to oversee day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting activities of an accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise and leadership skills to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements

• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance
• Manage SAP integrity
• Oversee month end closing processes
• Ensure clerks and technicians are performing their duties properly and efficiently
• Prepare yearly budgets for operations
• Lead monthly variance review meetings with management
• Manage the global reconciliation tool
• Manage the lease process
• Supervise less experienced team members
• Serve as audit liaison for both Internal and External auditors
• Identify areas of improvement within the accounting department
