Supervisor Maintenance

Mohawk Industries is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to oversee a team of employees focused on maintenance activities and ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate department-specific functions
• Prioritize work and develop daily department schedule
• Assign routine and preventive maintenance tasks
• Verify employee hours worked in time keeping system (Kronos)
• Prepare and develop preventive maintenance program
• Provide technical support to maintenance crews
• Maintain machinery according to manufacturer's specifications
• Train, develop, and identify employee training and resource needs
• Maintain training records for employees
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
• Lead or work on special projects
• Report daily/weekly/monthly activities related to PM program execution
• Inspect daily for cleanliness and do weekly safety walk through
