Senior Controlling Expert to coordinate financial planning, reporting, and performance management tasks of the Circular Economy Services segment's subsidiaries and affiliated companies, providing uniform, high-quality controlling methodology, supporting subsidiaries' financial decision-making, and contributing to the achievement of the segment's business goals.
Requirements
- University-level degree in economics or finance
- At least 6-8 years of experience in controlling or finance
- Strong background in controlling, FP&A, P&L, and investment evaluation
- Reliable handling of consolidation and reporting processes
- Experience in business partnering and performance management
- Excellent communication skills at management level
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Proactive, independent, and responsible in work
- Intermediate to advanced level English language skills
- IT skills: MS Office, SAP, Power BI
