Requirements

• University degree in economics or finance
• At least 6-8 years of experience in controlling or finance
• Strong controlling, FP&A, P&L, and investment appraisal practice
• Experience in business partnering and performance management
• Excellent communication skills at management level
• Analytical and structured thinking skills
• Proactive, independent, and responsible work ethic
• Fluent in English, intermediate to advanced level
• Knowledge of IT: MS Office, SAP, Power BI
