MOL Group is seeking a Loyalty and Digital Solution Team Lead to manage and develop the MOL Move loyalty program, increase customer value and loyalty, and implement innovative digital solutions.
Requirements
- Higher education in marketing, management, economics or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in managing loyalty programs as an expert/specialist
- Ability to manage a team and run projects in a multi-tasking environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach and business thinking
