Job Description
MOL Group is an integrated, international energy company from Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for a talented Loyalty and Digital Solution Team Lead to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing loyalty programs, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferred fields: marketing, management, economics or related)
- At least 3 years of experience in managing loyalty programs as an expert/specialist
- Ability to manage a team and run projects in a multi-tasking environment
- Advanced knowledge of English (min. B2/C1) – daily communication in an international environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) is welcome
