A Senior HR Business Partner is sought to provide HR advice, support, and review, particularly in the IBS area, and to identify and formulate development opportunities for HR systems and processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Confident knowledge of employment law and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of compensation and benefit systems in theory and practice
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, data-driven approach
- Strong intermediate-level English proficiency (written and spoken communication)
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
