Job Description
General Manager SME leads Area Managers and regional teams to achieve business growth and portfolio quality targets, and develops SME financing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SME Banking
- Proven experience leading Area Managers or Regional Heads across multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of SME market dynamics in Indonesia, including secured and/or productive lending
- Demonstrated leadership, execution, and people development skills
- Extensive network within SME ecosystem (entrepreneurs, dealers, agents, partners, or local business communities)
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
