- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen - ability to connect pricing, contracts, and long-term market positioning
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions
- Demonstrated success navigating complex stakeholder environments, both internally and externally
- Ability to lead through influence and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
