Job Description
The Community Outreach Coordinator will promote and facilitate the growth and access to Mom's Meals throughout Michigan, working with healthcare providers, case managers, and social service agencies to increase awareness and enrollment of the ILOS program.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of community outreach, sales, or health care
- Demonstrated ability to successfully engage community health organizations
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience giving presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
