Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for serving as the primary contact for all payroll inquiries and will be responsible for payroll related processing, administration, and reporting for the company. The position involves resolving payroll issues and discrepancies, preparing and maintaining records and reports, and providing assistance to staff concerning payroll activities and related functions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in field or career
- Intermediate experience with Excel, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
- Interest in company culture and desire to grow in the field
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
