Lead Scientist Functional Coatings

Develop novel functional coating solutions for consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. Lead multiple projects from concept to commercialization, communicate results to global audiences, and support regional application development teams.

Requirements

• University degree (Master) in Chemistry (polymer, inorganic or organic chemistry)
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in the coatings or glass industry in a R&D or product development role
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
