This is a finance position with both Global and Regional duties in the NAM Controllership Team with a full-time in-office work schedule. The role involves assisting the NAM Controllers Group in monthly and quarterly close, finance administration & accounting, oversight of Legal Fees, Inventory Reserves, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related subject
- 5+ years of progressive financial accounting experience
- Strong General Accounting knowledge and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities
- ERP expertise
- Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to access current processes and streamline operations and develop alternatives for process improvement
- Willingness to accept ownership / responsibility
- Self-starter with ability to complete projects on-time, start-to-finish
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
