Momos is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize internal systems, tools, and workflows for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams. The role focuses on managing and improving the Go-To-Market technology stack to enable efficient sales execution and strong operational support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, GTM Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee).
- Experience managing sales commission structures and performance reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting sales processes and internal workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
