Job Description
Momos is the leading Guest AI Platform built for multi-location restaurant brands across the globe. We help Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing teams streamline guest feedback, automate issue resolution, and drive repeat revenue — all powered by AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, GTM Operations, or similar roles supporting Sales organizations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM >M systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee).
- Experience managing sales commission structures and performance reporting.
- Strong professional communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams and stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting sales processes and internal workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
