Promote a positive relationship with co-workers, residents, and family members, while maintaining proper procedures in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other required spreadsheets and documentation.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of resident rights and privacy
- Develops and maintains effective working rapport with other departments
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the business office
- Maintains accounts receivable and billing operations
- Provides training to staff
- Completes new hire onboarding, offboarding, conducts background checks, and processes payroll changes
- Maintains associate personnel files, resident business files, and vendor files
- Reviews and submits invoices to accounts payable
- Supervises the Concierge team
- Participates in and attends all in-service training
- Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations
- Performs month end closing procedures and billing functions
