As an OTA Lead at Monarch House, the primary responsibility is to implement interventions for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental delays and/or motor delays. The role involves executing intervention plans developed and supervised by a Registered Occupational Therapist to clients in care of Monarch House.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience and familiarity with assessment tools (standardized tests, etc.)
- Knowledge of current research and literature in the Occupational Therapist (OT) field
- Member of COTBC / COTO / ACOT or eligible to apply
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Flexibility in scheduling clients
