Crisis Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN – Support People in Their Toughest Moments

Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! Monarch provides life-changing care in communities across North Carolina and Rhode Island. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect services to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Nursing or High School Diploma
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Valid Driver's License
• 1 year of experience working with adults with mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder
• Ability to work Thursdays 7pm-7am, target weekly hours: 12
