Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Crisis, you will provide direct and indirect services to individuals in need of crisis assessment, injection clinic, or outpatient services. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and be responsible for scheduling individuals for crisis and assessment services, performing clinical intakes, and completing documentation required to ensure that the medical record meets state and accreditation standards.
