Job Description
The Employment Peer Mentor is a full-time position that supports individuals in achieving their personal goals of employment, while enhancing the development of their natural supports, coping and self-management skills. The role utilizes personal experience with mental health or substance abuse issues to assist others in achieving desired outcomes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS)
- Valid Drivers License
- Lived experience and a personal recovery story related to mental illness or substance use
