HR Advisor

We’re excited to welcome a skilled HR Advisor to our Household vertical! This role will primarily support the Monarch Water business, while also lending assistance to other Business Units as needed. As an HR Advisor, you'll be essential in providing top-notch advice, guidance, and support to both managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.

Requirements

• Strong employee relations expertise and a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust, manage sensitive conversations and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Well organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
