Job Description
Join Mondelēz International and execute initiatives through I2M processes for the manufacturing site. Collaborate with production line teams to facilitate continuous process improvement, contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and lead the implementation of strategies to resolve existing issues and enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- University Degree is preferred.
- Experience in Commercialization/Procurement/Operations/R&D in a manufacturing or supply chain environment or similar role.
- Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.
- Worked in role with extensive multifunctional interaction/ exposure
- Languages: English & local language
