Job Description
We're looking for an Onboarding Manager to spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. The role involves project management, technical coordination, client-centric communication, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.
- Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.
