Onboarding Manager - Publishers (Remote)

We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. As part of our Publisher Centric Team, you will manage the lifecycle of new publishers, coordinate with technical teams, and provide comprehensive walkthroughs to ensure publishers are comfortable and proficient with our platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.
