Onboarding Manager - Publishers (Remote)

MonetizeMore is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring a "White Glove" experience that reduces time-to-value and sets the stage for long-term retention. The role involves project management, technical coordination, client-centric communication, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball
