Onboarding Manager - Publishers (Remote)

MonetizeMore is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead the publisher onboarding process, providing a "White Glove" experience and ensuring optimal configuration of M2 Tech Features. The role involves project management, client-centric communication, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has experience in programmatic sell-side advertising, customer onboarding, or ad operations, with technical knowledge of Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and Header Bidding.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball
