Onboarding Manager - Publishers (Remote)

As the Onboarding Manager, you will spearhead the onboarding process for new publishers, ensuring they are equipped with the right tech, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. This is a critical role that sets the stage for long-term retention and revenue generation.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Programmatic sell-side advertising, Customer Onboarding, or Ad Operations.
• Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdSense, Header Bidding, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data presentation tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball.
