Revenue Operations Systems Administrator (Remote)

Revenue Operations Systems Administrator role involves solving problems through systems, ensuring user adoption, and deepening the ability to scale the organization through integration of sales tools. The role requires strong coordination skills, a process improvement mindset, and the ability to maintain high data quality standards. Key responsibilities include solving problems through systems, collaborating with stakeholders, creating and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and documentation, and ensuring user adoption of released systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures.
• Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation.
• Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required.
• Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset - such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
• Understanding of AI and how to leverage it in these environments.
