MonetizeMore is a remote company that builds industry-leading ad technology. We're seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to solve problems through systems, improve efficiency, and deepen our ability to scale our organization.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures.
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation.
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage but not required.
- Experience with integrating other sales tech with SF an asset - such as Similarweb, Gong, RedVolcano etc.
