Job Description
MonetizeMore is seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join their 100% remote team. The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable bridging business needs with system execution. The role involves solving problems through systems, ensuring user adoption, and deepening the ability to scale the organization through integration of sales tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience supporting Salesforce in an operations, coordination, or system support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data structures
- Experience with data imports, exports, and validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear system documentation
- Experience in QA testing for new features or system changes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, cross functional environment
