Financial Operations Analyst

Requirements

• detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy Financial Operations Analyst
• running the day-to-day accounting - classifying transactions in QBO, managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and keeping the books clean
• developing and enforcing well-maintained financial documents, policies, systems, and internal controls ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations
• preparing timely financial statements, reports, and cost-benefit analyses, including year-to-date actuals, forecasts, and variance explanations
• evaluating marketing and channel performance through a financial lens - analyzing CAC, LTV, revenue per user, and ROI across SEO, paid media, and affiliate networks
