We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our demand generation engine and bridge the gap between our high-velocity product development and front line sales. The role involves leading a lean team of three, supplemented by specialist agencies, to deliver an additional £2.2m+ of qualified pipeline each month.
Requirements
- Top of Funnel Activity: Delivery against a solid activity plan - executed on time and on budget
- Pipeline Growth: Achievement of the £2.2m+ monthly pipeline generation target.
- MQL to SQL Velocity: Reduction in the time taken for a lead to move through the funnel.
- Brand Resonance: Measurable increase in "Share of Voice"
- GTM Efficiency: Successful launch of AI-first features with integrated marketing support.
