We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a passion for technology and a customer-centric approach to work with MongoDB end users and build the customer success program.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role
- Background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- Mind for technology and ability to learn about database and cloud technology
- Ability to act with a high level of autonomy and make key decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build new process or practices
- Team player and passion for collaboration
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology a plus
- Bilingual English and Turkish
