Director, Employee Communications

We are hiring a Director of Employee Communications to reset and lead this function at a higher strategic and operational level. The role will own the internal communications function to keep our global employees aligned with our company strategy and engaged in our customer-obsessed mission, with a focus on clarity, trust and execution across the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications, mostly in tech (Saas)
• Master's degree in Communications, Business or related field (not mentioned but assumed)
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and find effective ways to inform and align employees at scale
• Proven ability to create internal communications moments that leave employees feeling informed, clear on priorities, and connected to the company strategy
