We are hiring a Director of Employee Communications to lead our internal communications strategy and execution. This role will own the internal communications function to keep our global employees aligned with our company strategy and engaged in our customer-obsessed mission.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications, mostly in tech (Saas)
- Proven ability to own communications strategy, advise senior stakeholders, and find effective ways to inform and align employees at scale
- Master of internal communications moments that leave employees feeling informed, clear on priorities, and connected to the company strategy
- Digitally savvy with knowledge of modern comms tools including AI and ability to use data to make decisions
- Proven People Leader with a track record of managing and inspiring high-performing communications teams
- Ability to travel 25%
